为保证留学生培养质量，规范留学生课程考核及成绩记载，依据学校有关规定，结合学校实际，特制定本办法。

For the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of training for international students and reinforcing the work of course assessment and grade recording, the measures are formulated in accordance with the current situations and relevant rules and regulations at NEFU.

第一章课程考核形式

Chapter One: Methods of Course Assessment

第一条留学生成绩考核分为考试和考查两种，一般采取笔试、口试、开卷、闭卷或上交作业等形式。

1. The academic performance of the international students can be evaluated in two ways, with or without examination. The methods may include written examination, oral examination, open exam, close exam or homework.

第二章课程成绩评定

Chapter Two: Evaluation of Course Scores

第二条留学生的学习成绩由任课教师根据试卷考核成绩和平时学习成绩两者相结合严格评定。均以百分制记分，60分以上（含60分）为合格，60分以下为不合格。

2. The final grades of the courses combine the grades of final exam and international students’ daily performance. The full score is 100. If the score is more than 60, the international student passes the exam. If the score is less than 60, the international student fails the exam.

第三条课程教学班名单中的留学生必须在完成教学大纲规定的习题作业、实验、实习等教学环节以及出勤率不少于2/3者才具有考核资格。对于没有资格参加考试的留学生，成绩按“零”分记。

3. The international students in the name list must finish all the homework, experiments, field work and other teaching activities. The attendance should be more than 2/3 of the total credit hours. Otherwise, the international students cannot participate in the exams and the score will be recorded as “0”.

第四条留学生在汉语补习期间总评成绩确定，其比例规定如下：

4. During the period of learning Chinese, the proportion of the daily performance in the final grade will be set as follows:

1．汉语课程成绩：期末考试成绩占50%，期中考试成绩占20%，平时成绩占30%；

(1) The grade of Chinese class: The score of final exam accounts for 50%, the score of mid-term exam accounts for 20%, the score of daily performance accounts for 30%;

2．特色文化课程成绩：期末考试成绩占70%，平时成绩占30%；

(2) The grade of special cultural courses: The score of final exam accounts for 70%, the score of daily performance accounts for 30%;

3．国际课程成绩：期末考试成绩占70%，平时成绩占30%。

(3) The grade of international courses: The score of final exam accounts for 70%, the score of daily performance accounts for 30%.

第五条本科留学生考试次数及总评成绩比例如下：

5. The times of exam and the proportion of the daily performance in the final grade for international undergraduates is as follows:

1．48学时（含48学时）以下的，1+1模式（1次阶段考试+1次期末考试），阶段考试成绩所占比例不超过40%，期末考试所占比例不超过50%；

(1) Less than 48 credit hours, 1+1 Pattern (1 Stage Exam +1 Final Exam), the score of stage exam accounts for less than 40%, the score for final exam accounts for less than 50%;

2．49－80学时（不含80学时），2+1模式，每次阶段考试成绩所占比例不超过25%，期末考试所占比例不超过40%；

(2) 48-80 credit hours, 2+1 Pattern, The score of stage exam accounts for less than 25% each time, the score for final exam accounts for less than 40%;

3．80学时（含80学时）以上，3+1模式，每次阶段考试成绩所占比例不超过20%，期末考试所占比例不超过40%；

(3) More than 80 credit hours, 3+1 Pattern, the score of stage exam accounts for less than 20% each time, the score for final exam accounts for less than 40%;

4．本办法的课程学时是指课程的理论学时，不含实验学时。

(4) The credit hour refers to teaching in class instead of field work.

第六条留学研究生总评成绩确定，其比例规定如下：

6. The proportion of the daily performance in the final grade for international graduate students is as follows:

1．留学研究生学位课程成绩：期末考试成绩占70%，平时成绩占30%；

(1) The grades for compulsory courses: The score of final exam accounts for 70%, the score of daily performance accounts for 30%;

2．留学研究生选修课程成绩：期末考试成绩占60%，平时成绩占40%；

(2) The grades for selective courses: The score of final exam accounts for 60%, the score of daily performance accounts for 40%;

3．平时成绩包括实验、作业、课堂讨论、读书报告和撰写论文等。

(3) Experiment, homework, discussion in class, reading report and writing thesis are parts of the daily performance.

第三章补 考

Chapter Three: Make-up Exams

第七条进修生考试不设补考、重修环节，成绩按实记载，成绩不合格者不记学分。

7. Non-degree students who genuinely couldn’t take the make-up exam, and the results of exam should be correctly recorded. Those who fail the exam cannot get the credit.

第八条考核成绩不合格的本科留学生，总成绩达到30分以上（含30分）者方能参加补考，所有的补考安排在开学前一周内。在课程考核中不合格的留学研究生不设补考，允许重修一次。

8. International undergraduate students who fail the exam but get the score of more than 30 (30 is included) can take the make-up exam in the 1st week of the coming semester. There is no make-up exam for international graduate students. Those who fail the exam should retake the course.

第九条期末考试旷考的留学生不得参加该门课程的补考，可申请重修。

9. International students who miss the exam cannot take the make-up exam and they should apply for retaking the course.

第十条考试违纪或作弊的留学生不得参加该门课程的补考，成绩按“零”分记。

10. International students who violate the rules or cheat during the exam are not allowed to take the make-up exam. The grade will be marked “0”.

第十一条阶段考试因病住院或其他特殊不可抗拒的原因未按时参加考试的本科留学生，经任课教师同意后，十五日内可给予补考，成绩按实记载。

11. During the sectional exams, international undergraduate students who couldn’t attend the exam on time due to illness or other reasons can take the make-up exam in 15 days with the prior approvals of relevant teachers. The results of such exams should be truthfully recorded.

第十二条补考试卷应覆盖该课程讲授的全部知识点，卷面100分。成绩以卷面分计，通过补考后可以登记学分，最高成绩为65分。

12. Test papers of make-up exams should cover all the knowledge taught in this course, and the total scores are 100. International students who pass the make-up examination can register their credits, and the total scores of this course should be calculated in 65 points for the highest.

第四章重 修

Chapter Four: Course-Retaking

第十三条重修必须选课。重修课程不单独开课，重修形式为和下一年级跟班上课。

13. International students who need to retake the courses must select the courses. Academic schools will not open the retaking course again. Those students should attend the courses held for the students of lower grade.

第十四条参加重修的留学生必须保证上课学时，缺席重修课程1/3及以上学时者，不得参加考试，并视情节轻重给予批评教育或纪律处分。

14. International student retaking the course should attend the class formally. Those who miss 1/3 of the total credit hours are not allowed to take the exams, and they should be given criticism or disciplinary punishments in accordance with specific circumstances.

第十五条重修通过考核者可以登记学分，根据《东北林业大学补考、重修及缓考规定》，本科留学生重修最高成绩按75分记；根据《东北林业大学关于研究生课程重修的规定》，留学研究生重修的最高成绩按60分记。

15. After passing the retaking courses, the credits will be gained. According to the Rules and Regulations of Make-up Exam, Retaking Courses and Delayed Exams for Undergraduate Students at NEFU, the international undergraduate students’ scores will be 75 as the highest. According to the Rules and Regulations of Make-up Exam, Retaking Courses and Delayed Exams for Graduate Students at NEFU, the international graduate students’ scores will be 60 as the highest.

第五章缓 考

Chapter Five: Delayed Exam

第十六条因病住院或其他特殊不可抗拒的原因而确实不能参加期末考试，且必须完成相关的教学环节以及出勤率不少于2/3者，方可申请缓考。可申请缓考的课程指必修课或专业选修课中的考试课。

16. International students who cannot take the final exam but have attended the class for no less than 2/3 of the credit hours can apply for delayed exams. International students can only apply for delayed exam of the compulsory or selective courses which have final exams.

第十七条申请缓考的留学生需要在考试前一周内填写《东北林业大学留学生考试补考、缓考申请表》，并提供相关证明材料，经培养单位和任课教师同意后，报国际交流学院（留学生工作办公室）审批，再报教务处或研究生院备案。留学生必须提前提出申请，办理缓考手续，考试期间或考试后不再办理。

17. International students who apply for delayed exams should fill in the International Students’ Application Form for Make-Up Exam or Delayed Exam at Northeast Forestry University and submit the relevant evidentiary documents one week before the exam. After getting the approval form the teacher and academic school, the application should be examined by the School of International Education and Exchanges/ International Student Affairs Office. The notification should be given to the Teaching Affairs’ Office at NEFU and School of Postgraduates. During or after the exam, the applications are invalid.

第十八条留学生因病住院申请缓考者必须出具医院的诊断书、入院通知书。出院后将结算收据原件报送国际交流学院（留学生工作办公室）审核。出院后不提供相关材料者，按旷考处理。

18. International students who apply for the delayed exam due to illness must submit the medical certificate and the notice of hospitalization. Upon being discharged from hospital, the students should submit the original receipts to School of International Education and Exchanges/ International Student Affairs Office for review and approval. Those who have been discharged from the hospital and couldn’t provide the relevant documents shall be considered as being absent from the exam without any legitimate reasons.

第十九条代表学校或学院参加各类竞赛申请缓考者必须提供比赛规程或秩序册、邀请函等。

19. International students applying for delayed exam due to the participation in any sort of competition activities as the representatives of school or the university must submit the copies of the competition activity’s manuals for rules or order, or invitation letter.

第二十条凡虚假申请者，取消缓考资格，并按考试违纪处理。

20. The qualification to take part in the delayed exam will be canceled once cheating is found. The students will be punished for violating the rules during exams.

第二十一条被批准缓考的留学生，应参加该门课程在下学期初举行的补考，因公缓考成绩按实记载，因私缓考成绩最高为65分。

21. International students who are approved of the delayed exam should take the make-up exam held at the beginning of next semester. The results of exam shall be truthfully recorded and registered for those failing to attend the exam due to official business, and the highest scores for those failing to attend the exam due to private reasons are 65 points.

第六章考试纪律

Chapter Six: Disciplines during Exams

第二十二条留学生必须自觉遵守考场纪律，若有违纪或作弊行为，按照《东北林业大学留学生纪律处分条例（试行）》进行处理。

22. International students should follow the rules and regulations during exams. International students who cheat or violate the rules and regulations will be punished according to the Provisions for International Student Disciplinary Measures at NEFU.

第七章成绩登记办法

Chapter Seven: Methods for Recording the Grades

第二十三条课程结束后由任课教师登录系统为留学生填写成绩。

23. After the completion of courses, teacher should log in the system and record the grade.

第二十四条留学生汉语补习期间的汉语课程成绩及《中国概况》成绩由国际交流学院（留学生工作办公室）核算后录入系统；其他国际课程、中国文化类课程等选修课程的成绩由国际交流学院（留学生工作办公室）单独出具成绩单。

24. The grade of China Overview and the Chinese courses during the period of Chinese learning of the international students will be examined and registered by the School of International Education and Exchanges/ International Student Affairs Office; The grades of other courses including the international courses and Chinese special cultural courses will be recorded by the School of International Education and Exchanges/ International Student Affairs Office. The transcript will be given separately.

第八章查看试卷和成绩

Chapter Eight: Checking the Test Papers and Grades

第二十五条留学生课程考核成绩评定后，任何人包括任课教师不得擅自查阅试卷和更改成绩。如有特殊情况需查阅或更改成绩者，须提交书面申请，由学院主管留学生工作的院长签署意见，送交国际交流学院（留学生工作办公室）、教务处或研究生院审批。

25. After the course assessment for international students, no one, including the teachers, can check the test papers or change the scores. Anyone who needs to check the test papers or change the scores due to special reasons should submit the application and state the reasons. After getting the approval from the leader in charge of the teaching affairs, the application will be given to the School of International Education and Exchanges/ International Student Affairs Office, Departmemt of Teaching Affairs at NEFU or the GraduateSchool at NEFU.

第九章办理课程成绩单

Chapter Nine: Transacting Transcripts

第二十六条汉语课程、国际课程及中国文化类课程的成绩单，需到国际交流学院（留学生工作办公室）办理，加盖东北林业大学国际交流学院公章后方可生效。

26. The transcript for Chinese courses, international courses and Chinese cultural courses will be given by the School of International Education and Exchanges/ International Student Affairs Office. After getting the stamp of the School of International Education and Exchange of NEFU, the transcript will be valid.

第二十七条在籍本科留学生成绩单，需到教务处考试中心办理。

27. International undergraduate students should go to the test center in Teaching Affairs’ Office at NEFU for the transcripts

第二十八条在籍留学研究生成绩单，需到研究生院的研究生培养科办理。

28. International graduate students should go to the Training Section in GraduateSchool of NEFU for the transcripts.

第十章附 则

Chapter Ten: Supplementary Provisions

第二十九条本办法由国际交流学院（留学生工作办公室）负责解释，自发布之日起施行。

29. School of International Education and Exchanges/International Student Affairs Office has final rights of further explanation of the articles in the measures and the measures shall be implemented since their issuance.
