Teaching Arrangements for International Students
(Degree Students) in 2020 Spring Semester
首先，感谢同学们在疫情防控期间对中国政府和学校工作的积极配合。为最大限度遏制疫情扩散，保护同学们的健康安全，尽可能减少疫情对教学的影响，现将春季学期教学工作安排有关事项通知如下：
First of all, thank you for your cooperation with the Chinese government and our university during the prevention and control of the epidemic. In order to contain the spread of this epidemic, ensure your health and safety and reduce the epidemic’s influence on teaching and learning, here are the teaching arrangements for the spring semester.
一、开学安排
Starting Time
2020年春季学期复课时间将根据教育部和黑龙江省教育厅正式通知确定，学校未正式开学前，不得提前返校。具体开学时间一经确定，会提前告知。
The starting time of 2020 spring semester will be determined in accordance with the official notice from the Ministry of Education and Education Department of Heilongjiang Province. Before receiving the official notice, all the international students are forbidden to go back to Northeast Forestry University in advance. Once the starting time is determined, you will be informed in advance.
二、教学安排
Teaching and Learning Arrangements
（一） 研究生教学安排
Postgraduate Students’ Arrangement
所有研究生由研究生院及各专业学院统一安排教学内容，按照研究生院发布的《研究生教育管理工作方案》进行学习。
The School of Postgraduates and your academic schools will arrange the learning contents for all the postgraduate students in accordance with Postgraduate Students’ Education Management Working Plan.
1． 课程安排
Course Arrangement
返校前：线上学习。
Before going back to NEFU: Online Learning
学分未达到毕业要求的研究生可根据专业学院安排进行选课。如所选课程还未开始课堂教学，根据研究生院及专业学院安排进行网上学习。学校研究生院和教务处联合推出了东北林业大学在线教学专题网站（http://zxjx.nefu.edu.cn）,有线上学习任务的国际研究生请登录学习使用各平台操作方式。
Postgraduate students who haven’t gained enough credits for graduation can select courses according to the requirements of your academic school. If the selected courses haven’t started, you can conduct online courses according to the requirements of the School of Postgraduates and your academic school. The School of Postgraduates and NEFU Teaching Affairs’ Office launched NEFU Online Teaching and Studying Special Website (http://zxjx.nefu.edu.cn). For those who need to conduct online learning, please log in to the system and get the instructions.
返校后：线上学习+课堂学习。
After going back to NEFU: Online Learning + Classroom Learning
如返校时疫情已经得到有效控制，按照研究生院和专业学院原定教学计划开展课堂教学。
If the epidemic has been prevented when students go back to NEFU, classroom learning will be conducted in accordance with the academic plan of the School of Postgraduate and your academic school.
如返校时疫情防控形势仍然严峻，在隔离期间继续开展在线教学，隔离期结束后根据实际情况开展课堂教学。
If the epidemic remains serious when students go back to NEFU, the online learning will be conducted while doing isolation. When the isolation comes to an end, the classroom learning will be conducted accordingly.
2.实验与实践教学
Experiment and Practical Teaching
一年级国际研究生专业课中实验或实践教学内容，在学校确定的学生返校日第2周后按照专业学院要求进行；其他年级的校内科研实验、实训、实践活动，按照导师制定具体计划实施。
The experiments and practical teaching contents for postgraduate students of 1st grade will be conducted after the 2nd week when you go back to NEFU. For other students, your experiment, practical training and practical activities will be conducted under your supervisor’s guidance.
3.毕业生学位申请与授予工作
Degree Application and Awarding
2020年春季拟毕业研究生必须按照导师、学科及所在专业学院要求完成各项学习及科研任务，定期向导师汇报，与导师及学院秘书保持联络, 听从导师、所在专业学院安排。
All the postgraduate students who are going to graduate in 2020 spring semester must finish all the studying and research tasks arranged by your supervisor, major and academic school, please tell your supervisor your progress in time, keep in close touch with your supervisor and the teaching secretary in your academic school and follow the instructions given by your supervisor and the academic school.
全校预答辩时间为3月9日至22日，具体答辩时间以各专业学院通知为准。
The time for pre-defense will be from March 9th to 22nd, the specific time will be decided by your academic school.
如因疫情影响无法返校，学生可根据专业学院安排参加视频预答辩，参加预答辩的国际研究生务必于预答辩前至少一天将相关材料经答辩秘书交给答辩委员会成员。
If you can’t go back to NEFU due to this epidemic, you can participate in the online pre-defense .Those who need to take part in the pre-defense please submit the relevant materials to the secretary at least 1 day before the pre-defense.
学位申请材料的准备及提交时间以各专业学院通知为准。
The time to submit degree application materials will be informed by your academic school.
全校学位论文送审时间分为4月初和4月中旬两个批次进行，具体时间以各专业学院通知为准。
The time for thesis reviewing will be at the beginning and middle of April. The specific time will be informed by your academic school.
全校学位论文答辩时间为6月1日至15日，具体时间以各专业学院通知为准。
The time for thesis defense will be from June 1st to 15th. The specific time will be informed by your academic school.
其他未尽事宜请关注研究生院、各专业学院或国际学院安排。
For other affairs, please pay attention to the notices sent by your academic school and School of International Education and Exchanges.
（二） 本科生教学安排
Undergraduates’ Teaching Arrangement
1. 补考及重修
Make-up Exam and Retaking Courses
需要补考和重修的本科生严格按照学校教务处及专业学院要求参加补考，补考时间另行通知。
Students should take the make-up exams and retake courses according to the requirements from NEFU Teaching Affairs’ Office. The specific time will be informed later.
本科生需要完成教务办公室在寒假期间发送的《学生考试安排信息列表》里所有课程的补考。其他学期未通过补考的课程或由于各种原因未参加考试的课程须重新学习，请在重修选课开放规定时间内进行选课。重修选课开放时间为：3月7日至27日。
Undergraduates should make up all the exams in the Undergraduates’Exam Arrangement. If you have failed the make-up exams or didn’t take the exams, you must retake the courses. Besides, you need to select those retaking courses in designated time. The time for retaking course selection is from March 7th to 27th.
2. 线上课程
Online Courses
本科生自3月2日起开展线上教学，有线上学习任务的学生请登录在线教学专题网站（http://zxjx.nefu.edu.cn），并注意以下问题：

补退选及转专业选课开放时间为3月2日至6日；

（2）登录东北林业大学教务系统，查看个人选课情况和课表，尤其关注任课教师和上课时间等信息；
Log in to the NEFU Teaching Affairs’ System, check your course selection result and timetable, please pay attention to information such as the course teacher and course time.
（3）根据选课信息和专业学院要求选择教学平台。

（4）主动与专业学院任课教师、班长、同班同学取得联系，通过课程教学群加入班级及时参与线上教学；
Keep in touch with your course teacher, monitor and classmates. Take part in the online teaching activities in time.
（三） 汉语课程教学
Chinese Course Learning
所有学生需按照国家及学校要求完成汉语学习，以中文为专业教学语言的毕业时中文能力应当达到《国际汉语能力标准》五级水平；以外语为专业教学语言的中文能力应当至少达到《国际汉语能力标准》三级水平。上述要求适用于2018年9月及以后进入专业学院学习的国际研究生。返校后，国际交流学院根据学习实际安排课堂教学及考核。
All the international students should finish Chinese courses according to the requirements in China and NEFU. For those whose teaching language is Chinese, your Chinese level must reach Chinese Language Proficiency Band 5 before graduation. For those whose teaching language is foreign languages, your Chinese level must reach Chinese Language Proficiency Band 3 at least. International postgraduate students who started their major studies after September 2018 should meet the requirements above. After going back to NEFU, SIEE will arrange classes and exams for you.
所有学生除完成研究生院及各专业学院开设的专业课程外，在毕业前必须完成汉语课程、中国概况课程的学习。2019年9月及以后进入专业学院学习的学生，除必须学习上述2门课程外，还必须完成入学教育的学习。还未完成上述课程学习的请在3月3日至7日联系国际学院教务办公室李老师（微信：17614502228）。
Besides major courses, all the students must learn Chinese courses and China Overview. For those who started their major studies after September 2019, must learn Chinese courses, China Overview and Orientation. If you haven’t learned those courses, please contact teacher Li Yuemei (WeChat:17614502228) in the Teaching Affairs’ Office from March 3nd to 7th.
