Recently we have received quite a few emails inquiring about the application for the undergraduate and postgraduate programs of Northeast Forestry University for the 2020 fall intake, especially about the application for the Chinese Government scholarships. Here are the replies to some questions of the common concern:
1、此次疫情会影响到中国政府奖学金的申请吗？申请截止日期是什么时间？
Will the application for the Chinese Government Scholarships be affected by the epidemic? What is the deadline for the application?
虽然今年发生了疫情，但不影响申请人向东北林业大学提交学历项目申请。我校中国政府奖学金申请截止时间为3月31日，各类项目自费学习申请截止时间为4月30日，东北林业大学校长奖学金申请截止日期是5月31日。请同学们抓紧时间尽快申请，尽量在截止日期前完成申请。

Despite the outbreak ofthe epidemic, it does not affect the applicants’ online application for our university’s undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
The deadline for the application for the Chinese Government Scholarships is March 31, for the self-funded studies application is April 30, and for the Northeast Forestry University Scholarship is May 31.

2、根据学校要求，申请时需要寄纸质版材料，但是担心国际／国内快递受疫情影响，请问可以只发送电子版材料吗？
Hard copies of the complete application materials are required to be sent to the university. However, concerning that the international or domestic express may be affected by the epidemic, may I only submit online the electronic versions?
考虑到国际／国内快递一定程度上会受到疫情影响，今年的申请人无需邮寄纸质申请材料，在完成网络申请后只把电子版申请材料在截止日期前发送到东北林业大学国际交流学院邮箱（

Considering that the international or domestic express delivery is affected to some extent by the epidemic this year, you don’t need to post your paper application documents, you can just send your electronic version of the application materials to the email of the School of International Education and Exchanges of Northeast Forestry University

Is the Chinese Government Scholarship a Full Scholarship？What does it cover？
中国政府奖学金是全额奖学金，包括(1) 免交学费；(2) 提供免费校内住宿; (3) 提供奖学金生活费：本科生：2500元/月，硕士研究生：3,000元人民币/月，博士研究生：3,500元人民币/月 (4) 提供综合医疗保险。
The Chinese Government Scholarship a Full Scholarship, it covers: (1) a waiver of tuition;(2) free on-campus dormitory accommodation; (3) monthly living allowance:
2500 RMB for undergraduate student,
3000 RMB for postgraduate student, 3500 RMB for doctoral student; (4) comprehensive medical insurance.
