为选拔优秀作品参加教育部、国家语委主办的“笔墨中国”汉字书写大赛,引导国际学生感受汉字和书法的魅力,提高汉字书写能力,特举办东北林业大学国际学生“笔墨中国”汉字书写大赛。
一、参赛要求
1. 内容要求
书写能够反映中华优秀传统文化的中华经典诗文、中国成语、警句或中华古今名人名言以及打赢疫情防控阻击战正能量的内容等。
硬笔类作品以《通用规范汉字表》为依据,字体要求使用楷书或行书;软笔类作品因艺术表达需要可使用繁体字及经典碑帖中所见的写法,字体不限。
2. 形式要求
硬笔类作品用纸规格不超过A3纸大小(即29.7cm×42cm以内)。软笔类作品用纸规格为四尺三裁至六尺整张宣纸(即46cm×69cm~95cm×180cm),一律为竖式,手卷、册页不在征集之内,作品一律不得托裱。
请在作品右下方背面用铅笔以正楷字体标明参赛选手的中英文姓名和护照号。
3. 提交要求
(1)每人限报1件硬笔或软笔作品。
(2)在校学生需提交纸质作品,回国学生可提交作品照片和书写过程图片各一张。
二、赛程安排
1. 大赛报名:2020年5月6日至15日
通过微信报名小程序,国际学生可自愿报名,报名时注明作品类别。
2. 提交作品:2020年5月18日至22日
国际交流学院将为提交硬笔类作品的参赛选手准备纸张。参赛选手可在宿舍自行完成,并于2020年5月22日前将参赛作品提交至国际交流学院205办公室。
学院将为提交软笔类作品的参赛选手准备笔墨纸砚。参赛选手可提前预约,按照预约时间到国际交流学院多功能厅完成作品,可预约的日期为2020年5月18日至22日。
3. 专家评审:2020年5月25日至29日
专家线上评审,确定获奖作品及等次。
三、奖励办法
大赛设置一等奖一名、二等奖二名、三等奖三名、优秀奖若干名,并颁发获奖证书。所有参赛选手均可获得一份奖品。
获奖作品将被推荐参加由教育部、国家语委主办的“笔墨中国”汉字书写大赛,学院将为拟参赛的国际学生举办语言文字知识及书法常识培训,并邀请专业老师进行线上书法指导。在全国赛中获得名次的国际学生,学院将根据相关制度进行表彰。
注:参赛选手如果没有笔墨纸砚进行训练,请到国际交流学院205办公室领取,并在比赛后归还。

NEFU International Students’ Chinese Character Writing Competition
In order to select excellent works to participate in the Chinese Character Writing Competition held by the Ministry of Education and the National Language Commission, help international students feel the charm of Chinese characters and calligraphy, and improve their ability to write Chinese characters, NEFU International Students’ Chinese Character Writing Competition is held.
1. Requirements
(1) Contents
The contents should be related with the traditional Chinese culture or positive contents of the fight against the novel coronavirus epidemic, such as the classical Chinese poetry, Chinese idioms, Chinese aphorisms, modern and ancient Chinese quotes, and so on.
Hard-tipped pen calligraphy works should be based on Table of General Standard Chinese Characters, the typeface should be regular script or running script; Soft pen calligraphy works can use traditional Chinese character or any typeface.
(2) Form
The paper size of hard-tipped pen calligraphy works should be no bigger than A3 (29.7cm×42cm). The Chinese art paper size of hard-tipped pen calligraphy work should be 46cm×69cm to 95cm×180cm. The characters should be written vertically. Hand scrolls and sheets are not acceptable. All the works shouldn’t be mounted.
Please use the pencil to write your English and Chinese name, passport number on the back of your work before submitting.
(3) Submission
A. Each student can submit one hard-tipped pen calligraphy work or one softpen calligraphy work.
B. International students on campus should submit your paper work. Those who have been back to your motherland can submit pictures of your work and your writing process.
2. Schedule
(1) Registration: May 6th-15th, 2020
International students can use the Wechat applet to do the registration and note your work type please.
(2) Work Submission: May 18th- 22nd, 2020
School of International Education and Exchanges (SIEE) will provide paper for hard-tipped pen calligraphy candidates. International students can finish your work in your own dormitory and submit it to Room 205 before May 22nd, 2020.
SIEE will provide writing brushes, inksticks, paper and inkstones for softpen calligraphy candidates. International students can make reservation and go to the multi-function room to finish your work. The available time is May 18th-22nd 2020.
(3) Experts’ Evaluation: May 25th-29th,2020
The experts will make the online evaluation and award the works.
3. Award
1 winner of the First Prize, 2 winners of the Second Prize, 3 winners of the Third Prize, and some winners of Honorable Mentions will be awarded. All the candidates will get a prize.
The excellent winners will participate in the Chinese Character Writing Competition held by the Ministry of Education and the National Language Commission. SIEE will hold Chinese character and calligraphy training for you. The teachers will give guidance online. Those who get awards during the national competition will be commended in accordance with the related NEFU rules.
Notes: If you don’t have pens or brushes to do practice, you can come to Room 205 to borrow. You need to return it when the competition comes to an end.
