Notice for International Students who are Living on Campus
亲爱的同学们：
Dear Students:
近段时间来，中国部分地区发生了新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，学校很关心同学们的健康和安全，请在校留学生们时刻关注自己的身体状态，合理安排学习生活，做好以下几点：
Recently, the novel coronavirus pneumoniaepidemic has been breaking out in some places of China. Your safetyand health are the highest priority of Northeast Forestry University. Forstudents living on campus, please pay close attention to your physical condition, arrange your self-study and life properly and do the following points:
1. 严格做好各项防护措施，不要在公寓内聚会，不要相互串宿舍。
Please take effective self-protectivemeasures, do not gather in the dormitory, do not visit other students in thedormitory.
2. 现在学校实行严格的出入制度，如无必要，请一定不要出公寓！
就医等特殊原因必须出公寓的，需向宿舍管理人员和学院老师办理请假手续，未经批准随意出公寓者，将不准进入。
出校后尽量选择步行，不要乘坐公共交通（地铁、公交、出租车等）。
Right now, Northeast Forestry University implements a strict exit-entry system, please do not leave the dorm if notnecessary! If you have to leave for specific reasons, it is necessary to submitleaving application to the SIEE teachers and teacher on the first floor of yourdormitory, otherwise you will not be allowed to enter the dormitory. Pleasewalk rather than take public transportation (such as subway, bus, taxi, andetc.) while going outside.
3. 学校会定期为同学们配送蔬菜、肉制品等食材，请将所需菜品告诉工作人员登记后统一采购，分好送到公寓门卫，请同学们领取时自行扫码支付。
其他生活用品，请通过线上商家购买。
（我们已通过“在校生微信群”发布了网购地址链接和方法，请随时关注）
NEFU will send food such as vegetables andmeat to your dorm regularly. Please send the food list to your group leader andscan the QR code to pay after receiving your food. For other items for dailyuse, please buy them online.(SIEE teacher have send the purchaseprocedure andwebsite in the Wechat group called “Living in the Dormitory SIEE”).
4. 需要回国的同学，请至少提前 8 小时按照要求到国际交流学院值班老师处填写《请假单》和《临时回国学生友情提示》，出发前向宿舍管理人员进行备案，方可离开。
离校后，要在“临时回国学生群”中，每日报告所在地和自我监测体温情况。
同时，学校将为同学们回国提供一定的帮助。
回国的同学请不要提前返校，具体开学时间等待学校通知。
If you want to return to your home country,please fill in the Leaving Application Form and Friendly Reminders forInternational Students Returning to Your Home Country at least 8 hours earlier beforereturning. Before your leaving, please find the teacher in the first floor of thedorm to do registration. After you leave, please report your location and yourtemperature in the Wechat group for international students returning to yourhome country. In the meantime, NEFU will provide necessary assistance. You arenot allowed to return to NEFU in advance. Please wait for the Official Noticeon the starting time of the Spring Semester.
5. 以上要求请同学们严格执行，如有违反，将按照中国法律法规和东北林业大学校纪校规严肃处理！
疫情防控期间，同学们的所有表现将作为奖学金评定时的重要依据!
Please abide by the above rules strictly.Those who violate the rules will be punished seriously according to the Chineselaw and NEFU regulations! During the prevention and control period of the epidemic,your performance will be an important factor of the Scholarship Review!
