为了检验国际学生的汉语学习成果，确保国际学生按时开展专业学习，2019级进修生汉语课程期末考试将采取线上考核的形式进行，具体通知如下：
一、考试平台
考生需登陆“唐风汉语云平台”网页版或使用手机“Tang课堂”客户端参加线上课程期末考试。
二、考试时间
线上汉语课期末考试将在2020年7月6日—9日陆续进行，具体时间安排如下：

三、考试要求
考生需要在封闭安静的房间独立参加考试，周围环境不得对考试产生干扰，需保证房间内网络信号质量满足考试需求。考试过程中，房间内除考生不能有其他任何人员（居住在宿舍两人间的国际学生除外）。
四、考试纪律
线上汉语课程期末考试为闭卷考试，所有考生需严格遵守考试纪律。有下列行为之一者，按考试作弊论，该课程按零分计，并视情节严重给予相应处分：
1. 找他人******************或替他人考试；
2. 使用手机等电子设备搜索、浏览与考试内容有关的信息；
3. 向他人出售考试试题或答案牟取利益；
4. 组织作弊；
5. 出现雷同卷（即同一科目试卷答案文字表述、主要错点高度一致，或错同率达90%及以上）；
6. 其他应认定为考试作弊的行为。
五、缓考申请
因疫情影响、网络信号不稳定或其他特殊不可抗拒的因素而确实不能参加期末考试的考生，可申请缓考。
申请缓考的考生需要在2020年6月30日前填写《东北林业大学进修生考试缓考申请表》，并提供相关证明材料，经任课教师同意后，报国际交流学院留学生教务办公室审批。进修生必须提前提出申请，办理缓考手续，考试期间或考试后不再办理。
被批准缓考的进修生，缓考形式视具体情况待定，缓考时间另行通知，缓考成绩按实记载。
六、其他事宜
受新冠肺炎疫情影响，黑龙江地区HSK考点取消了2020年上半年的全部考试，2019级进修生无法参加HSK考试。为保证2019级进修生学业不受影响，本次考试中HSK科目的卷面成绩将作为是否可以开展专业学习的重要依据。HSK考试恢复正常后，请2019级进修生及时参加HSK考试并提交考试成绩，具体要求参见《东北林业大学留学生进专业学习汉语水平要求》。

Notice for International Non-degree Students to Take Online Final Exams
Dear students:
In order to evaluate your Chinese learning process and ensure that you start your major studies in time, School of International Education and Exchanges will hold the online final exams for you. The notice is as follows.
1. Online Exam Platform
All the students should log into the “Tangfeng Chinese Education Cloud Platform (the website version)”or download the “Tang Classroom (the mobile phone version)” APP to take the online mid-term exams.
2. Exam Time
The online final exams will be conducted during July 6th and 9th. Here is the time.

3. Exam Requirements
Students should take the exam in a quiet and closed room. The surrounding environment shouldn’t interrupt the exam. The signal in the room should be strong enough for the student to finish the exam. During exams, there should be no person except the student who needs to take the exam (students who live in the twin room are exceptional).
4. Exam Rules
The online final exam is closed-book examination. All the students should obey the exam rules. Those who have one of the following behaviors shall be considered as cheating during exams. The score of the course shall be recorded as“0”.
(1) Those who ask for others to take examination for them or take examination in place of others;
(2) Those who use electronic equipment (such as cellphone etc.) to search and browse information related with examination;
(3) Those who sell examination questions or answers to others for profits;
(4)Those who organize cheating;
(5)Those who have similar answer sheets (On the answer sheet of the same exam, the literal/verbal expression and the main wrong points are quite similar or the similar percent or wrong answers are more than 90% )；
(6) Other serious behaviors of cheating.
5. Application for Delayed Exam
Influenced by the pandemic, those whose internet signal is very unstable or have other difficulties in taking the exam can apply for delayed exam.
Those who are willing to apply for delayed exam should fill in the NEFU Non-degree Students’Application Forms for Delayed Exam before June 30th and submit the relevant evidentiary documents. After getting the approval of the course teachers, the application should be examined by the School of International Education and Exchanges. The application must be submitted before the exam. During or after the exam, the applications are invalid.
The exam form and time will be informed later. The results of exam shall be truthfully recorded.
6. Others
Influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic, the HSK exams in Heilongjiang province are canceled. Students are not able to take HSK exam. Whether you can start your major studies in time will be decided in accordance with the result of your HSK final exam. After the HSK testing centers in Heilongjiang province return to normal, please take HSK exam as soon as possible and submit your certificate and transcript.
