售后技术支持工程师

工作职责

1、为用户提供高效的售后问题解决方案

2、为产品现场/远程提供售后技术支持以及设备/系统调试开通等服务支撑

3、产品运行设备维护、故障处理

4、对用户和维护人员的技术指导和培训授课

任职要求

1、通信、计算机、电子等相关专业本科及以上学历

2、具有良好的沟通能力和良好的团队合作精神

3、做事认真、踏实,学习能力强,具有一定的创造力

4、有较好的服务意识,工作细心,较好的压力承受能力和应变能力,能够适应出差

5、具备良好汉语听说读写能力、相关项目经验者优先考虑

After-Sales Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Provides effective after-sales solutions for customers.

2. Provides onsite or remote after-sales technical support of products and equipment or system debugging and commissioning.

3. Maintains and troubleshoots equipment.

4. Provides technical guidance and training for users and maintenance staff.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in communications, computer science, electronics, or related majors.

2. Good ability to communicate and excellent team spirit.

3. Strong sense of responsibility, good learning skills, and certain degree of innovative ability.

4. Attaches importance to service, works carefully, shows good stress tolerance and flexibility, and adapts well to business trips.

5. Good command of Chinese (in terms of listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and experience in related projects are preferred.

MKT经理-技术

工作职责:

1、负责综合项目投标,包括标前引导,投标组织,技术方案,项目澄清和谈判,合同签订等

2、负责对收集到的对手产品和商务信息的整理分析工作;负责与其他接口部门就对手各层面信息(包括技术指标、对应产品、路标规划等)整理分析工作;负责对重点市场产品的盈利和价格分析工作

3、负责产品商务支撑工作(包括产品商务策略、商务价格的分析和建议);负责产品项目盈利提升工作

4、负责产品经营业绩分析工作;负责将产品线产品策略有效推进、落地、运用以产生最大化效益

5、负责技术线客户公关,建立和维护技术线客户良好客户关系,完成推进储备项目的相关工作

6、负责技术营销活动及品牌活动的策划、支撑、组织及实施,比如workshop,宣讲交流,样板点参观等

任职要求:

1、通信、电子、计算机等相关专业硕士及以上学历

2、对商务、财务、法务知识有一定了解

3、具备快速学习能力和开放心态,有良好的组织策划、沟通协调、推动落实能力

4、具备良好汉语听说读写能力、相关项目经验者优先考虑

MKT Manager-Technology

Responsibilities:

1. Tenders for integrated projects, including tender guidance, tender organization, formulation of technical solutions, project clarification and negotiation, and contract signing.

2. Assorts and analyzes product and commercial information of competitors, collects and studies competitor information (including technical specifications and corresponding products) with other relevant departments, and analyzes the profit making and prices of key products.

3. Provides commercial support for products (including analysis and suggestions for product commercial strategies and prices) and improves profits of product projects.

4. Analyzes product operation results and effectively implements product strategies on the product line to maximize profits.

5. Establishes and maintains good customer relations to promote reserved projects.

6. Plans, supports, organizes, and implements technology marketing and branding activities, for example, a workshop, publicity campaign, or a visit to a model site.

Job Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or above in communications, computer science, electronics, or related majors.

2. General knowledge of commerce, finance, and the law.

3. Learns quickly, has an open mind, and is able to organize, coordinate, and implement projects well.

4. Good command of Chinese (in terms of listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and experience in related projects are preferred.

MKT经理-商务

工作职责:

1、负责公司产品市场推广

2、市场商务基础信息的收集分析、国家商务模式的更新

3、负责项目商务分析与报价,参与商务交流和商务谈判

4、负责制订融资策略和制作标书

5、参与片区内产品报价整体分析,制定片区内商务制策

任职要求:

1、经济、管理、语言类专业本科及以上学历

2、了解相关法律、融资、国际贸易知识,具备良好的数字分析能力

3、有强烈的责任心、服务意识和团队观念,善于沟通

4、亲和力强,有较好的组织协调能力,工作细致踏实

5、具备良好汉语听说读写能力、相关项目经验者优先考虑

MKT Manager-Commerce

Responsibilities:

1. Publicizes the company’s products.

2. Collects and analyzes market commercial information, and updates national commercial modes.

3. Conducts commercial analysis and makes offers for projects and participates in commercial exchanges and negotiations.

4. Formulates financing strategies and tenders.

5. Performs overall analysis of product offers in a region and formulates commercial strategies for the region.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in economics, management, or language.

2. General knowledge of related laws, financing, and international trade and digit-analyzing ability.

3. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication ability, high service awareness, and team spirit.

4. Coordinates well with great affinity and works conscientiously.

5. Good command of Chinese (in terms of listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and experience in related projects are preferred.

客户经理

工作职责

1、负责公司的产品销售工作;开拓营销渠道;搜集市场及行业信息

2、牵头制定公司产品销售策略,组织和推动产品市场目标的实现

3、负责技术汇报会、研讨会、展览等活动的组织及邀请客户考察公司和样板点

4、跟踪、建立和协调客户关系,参与行业产品采购的投标工作

5、了解客户需求并且为客户提供多元化的公司产品和解决方案,完成所负责市场及运营商的突破

任职要求

1、通信、计算机、电子、经济、管理、语言等相关专业本科及以上学历

2、有强烈的责任心、服务意识和团队观念,善于沟通

3、亲和力强,有较好的组织协调能力,工作细致、踏实

Account Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Sells the company’s products, expands marketing channels, and collects market and industry information.

2. Formulates product sales strategies, and fulfills marketing objectives.

3. Organizes technology report-back meetings, workshops, exhibitions, and invites customers to visit the company and model sites.

4. Maintains and coordinates customer relations, and participates in tendering for industrial products.

5. Analyzes customer needs, provides diversified company products and solutions, and makes breakthroughs in responsible markets.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in communications, computer science, electronics, management, language, or related majors.

2. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication ability, high service awareness, and team spirit.

3. Coordinates well with great affinity and works conscientiously.

人力资源经理

工作职责

1、正确理解及执行公司人力资源政策,积极推进人力资源体系建设

2、负责推进与实施招聘、绩效考核、员工关系、任职及能力发展等模块建设

3、负责规范、执行薪酬福利

4、负责各项人事业务的处理

任职要求

1、硕士及以上学历,具备人力资源管理基本理论基础,熟悉并掌握人力资源管理各职能模块所需的专业知识与技能,掌握劳动法及其配套法规的主要内容,具备强烈的敬业精神与责任感,及良好的职业操守

2、具备较强的跨文化沟通能力、协调能力、良好的团队合作意识及亲和力

3、为人正直,原则性强,有较强的策划能力和执行能力

4、具备良好的汉语听说读写能力

HR Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Understands and executes the company’s human resources policy, and promotes the building of the human resources system.

2. Implements and accelerates work related to recruitment, performance appraisal, employee relations, tenure, and competence building.

3. Standardizes and implements compensation and benefits.

4. Handles various personnel businesses.

Job Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or above, with a basic theoretical knowledge of human resources management, a good command of the expertise related to various functions of human resources management and the contents of the labor law and relevant laws and regulations, and a strong sense of commitment and responsibility along with good work ethic.

2. Good cross-cultural communication and coordination ability with strong team spirit and affinity.

3. Man/woman of integrity and principle with strong planning and execution ability.

4. Good command of the Chinese language in terms of listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
